Located in the harbourside suburb of Darling Point, this apartment refurbishment embraces a refined, minimal aesthetic while responding to the practical needs of everyday living. The interiors were stripped back to a clean, restrained palette, allowing the materiality and detail of the joinery to become the primary focus.

Custom-designed joinery elements serve dual purposes: as functional storage solutions and as sculptural furniture pieces. These elements were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space, with select pieces designed to be free-standing, offering flexibility while creating a sense of curated composition. Texture plays a central role—contrasting finishes and tactile materials subtly define areas and add depth within the minimalist framework.
